  1. It is a good idea that people can exercise at their desks at the work but there are some advantage and disadvantage for it. Some of the advantages are that people will be fit and healthier, However the disadvantages is when the Employees will exercise they will be sweating so there will be a bad smell in the offices and that is not a good thing for the place they are working on because they will lose lots of customers also, when customers will see the Employees exercising at their work they will think that the Employees are not taking their job seriously moreover, the Treadmill desks are expensive and the employees or the company will lose lots of money on it. In my opinion it is a good thing to exercise but not at work because there are lots of risks and I think it’s better if the employees use these desks at their houses.

  2. I think that this product has the advantages more than disadvantages. The advantages of this product is that you can make exercise while you’re working in the computer, making calls and lose weight all of these at the same time. The disadvantages of this product that you can’t drink something and these would make a bad smell in the office or company or wherever and it makes us feel that we are not clean and also working, exercising at the same time causes the lose of focusing and attention. So, that wouldn’t make our work undeveloped, not as if we focus, Strive and work properly. This exercise is good for many things like, have a healthier body, overall sense of well-being. In my opinion I think it doesn’t work like that it will be better if we make time for exercise and time for work, because this way we can to focus properly and get a good results.

  3. well this seems good because it will eliminates the excuse of not having enough time to exercise and not to feel sleepy while working because usually this type of work will make your body too lazy and by the time you will get sick for being siting on the disk for a long hours but in the other side there are some issues that makes this machine is not the perfect solution because when you are walking while you are working will distract your attention and probably you will not get your work done on time, for my opinion this machine works only for long hours of work in the disk.

I think doing exercise while you are working is a bit hard for some people because some people can do only one objective at the time. in my opinion they should have a small break for doing exercises and for eating too. but for some jobs which is working non stop for a long time this is a good solution.

  5. I think that doing exercise while you are working is a good idea. The advantages are that people will be fit and healthy, however the disadvantages are there will be a bad smell in the offices and that is not a good thing for the place they are working on because they will lose many customers, working will distract your attention and probably you will not get your work done on time. Exercising at the same time causes lose of focusing and attention. So, that wouldn’t make our work undeveloped, not as if we focus, Strive and work properly. In my opinion it will be a good thing for some jobs, which they are working for a long time.

  7. My opinion of the treadmill desk product has good thing and bad thing. Let’s we took about the idea of this invention. The idea is very nice for fat people and unhealthy people. If you don’t have enough time in your day, and you went to do exercise, what you will do? . Clearly you well get Pressures and hared time. In this machine you can do many think in on time. You can work, talk, exercise, be fit and healthy. This is advantage of it. The disadvantage is the way that you well do it at your work. For example of one customer sees you in this position you will be uncomfortable and not able to do your work well. The other problem is the smell of the employees will be so bad, gust imagine that. The last disadvantage is the cost of money. At the end my general opinion the 50/50 it’s not so much bad and not so much good. by ahmed yousif

My criticism of the treadmill desk product has good thing and bad thing .These days it seems like everyone is working more hours and using the old no time to exercise excuse more than ever. can you actually go beyond working and get some exercise. About people how getting fit at their desks. Start your workout from the instant you wake up with the Alarm Clock or to combat that problem and get some exercise in the process is to use a Walk station.

  9. Treadmill is a very good machine , however it also has a negative side. In my opinion the positive side of the treadmill is can decrease the possibility of getting heart diseases and obesity, so you can be healthy while doing the exercises. Also you will be more active and creative. On the other side, the negative side is that you will not be able to finish the work on time and also the treadmill coast a lot money. Also it can distract you from your work and your customers for example, if some one come to you they will think that you will be so slow and not able to concentrate , so you will lose them.

I think exercising is a good idea for the employees health especially when they are sitting at their desks, sitting at desks for hours will make you lazy and you will get bored, exercising will make you more active in the work, but you have to arrange your exercising and don’t do the exercise that will make you tired and the exercise will make you move a lot, do something that will make your health better for instance walking machine and don’t do the type of exercise that will take your focus of, I think it’s the best way to make your body Agile.
